What we do at decover is modern craftsmanship. We make our products ourselves, primarily by hand. We use tools, of course, but also machines such as a milling machine and a laser cutter. These tools help us to craft our creations with precision.

Although most products are milled using computer-controlled machinery, manual work continues to play a major role in modern craftsmanship. In any case, a product doesn’t simply roll off a machine. This is preceded by precise technical drawings by designers, accurate to the millimetre. Finishing processes such as sanding, folding and assembly are also carried out one by one, product by product.

Craftsmanship, whether traditional or modern, demands an eye for detail, involves bespoke work and offers a sustainable alternative to mass production.
