Powder coating
The dry powder used in powder coating consists of fine particles and pigments that provide the desired colour, properties and application characteristics. A layer of powder coating gives products a unique appearance.
Powder coating is applied to the substrate – in our case, aluminium composite – using an electrostatic process. The powder is then cured evenly in an oven.

Sustainable coating
Unlike traditional wet paint, powder coating contains no solvents. The curing process involved in powder coating is also less harmful to the environment than that of wet painting. Furthermore, powder coating produces virtually no waste. Excess powder is collected via extraction systems and reused. Powder coating is therefore one of the most environmentally friendly ways to protect metals.Durable in use
Powder coating also provides a durable finish to the base material; it is scratch-resistant and withstands various weather conditions. In the hospitality sector, this offers the added benefit that splashes of drink or water cause no damage and the products remain hygienic in use. A powder-coated product can be cleaned effectively with a slightly damp cloth. The lifespan of materials is significantly extended with a layer of powder coating. There is less need to replace them with ‘new’ ones.Hoe kunnen we je helpen?
