How sustainable are decover products?

We believe it is important for a product to last a long time. We manufacture our products with this in mind. At decover, we are convinced that quality pays for itself in the long run – not only for your wallet, but also for the environment. We stand for robust and timeless products with a long lifespan. That in itself is more sustainable than disposable goods from faraway countries.

There’s no such thing as 100% sustainable. So we’re not going to engage in greenwashing. We, too, use raw materials, energy and transport. But wherever possible, we choose the sustainable route to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible. This is reflected, amongst other things, in the way our materials are processed, the extent to which our waste materials can be recycled, as well as our packaging materials and the solar panels that power our machines.
