To add diversity to our product range, we have a laser machine as well as a diamond engraving machine. We use this to apply laser engravings or laser markings to our products. A laser machine uses thin laser beams to etch detailed shapes and/or lines into the material. It burns away the original colour, creating a colour contrast and thus visual depth.

Laser engraving is extremely fast, whereas diamond engraving is quite time-consuming. Another difference compared to diamond engraving is the end result. Laser engravings are more superficial and may fade over time. With diamond engraving, you can clearly see and feel the deep lines as grooves in the material. These engravings are generally somewhat more robust and have a longer lifespan. The advantage of laser engraving, on the other hand, is that you can control the intensity of the engraving using heat, thereby offering slightly more (colour) options.

Laser engraving works particularly well on coated aluminium composite. For bare metal, we recommend diamond engraving.
