Does decover offer a discount for businesses?

Large retailers often buy in bulk, which keeps their purchasing costs low and makes discounts on the retail price a realistic prospect. We do not offer discounts on our products, as each item is personalised by hand with great craftsmanship. Nor do we hold large stocks. Instead of a discount, you can expect time, attention and craftsmanship.

We are deliberately a small business and calculate our prices carefully. We naturally cover our own costs for materials and labour, but we need to make a living too, so a profit margin is included in our calculations. However, we do not charge any set-up fees, so no matter how large or small an order is, you only pay for the product you purchase. It makes no difference whether you’re ordering as a private individual or a business. Furthermore, we stand for quality and, by extension, sustainability. If we were to offer discounts all the time, it would be at the expense of precisely what we stand for. A standard discount does not do justice to our craft.

Occasionally, we have a few items left over from a previous production run, or we simply fancy giving something away as a gift. Such offers will come from us – in our newsletter* or simply through friendly personal contact.
