Can I order on account from decover?
We prefer orders to be placed via one of our online shops. We can prepare a draft order in our shops, which you can then pay for online yourself. We always handle online orders for personalised products personally, so we will contact you by email or telephone in any case. You will receive an order confirmation almost immediately after placing an online order, and following delivery, you will receive an invoice for your own accounts.
It is also possible to order on account with a quotation provided in advance. For orders on account, we require a 40% deposit before we commence production.
